Ryan Smoak is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and the University of South Carolina with a Masters of Business Administration. His main engineering focus has been on the preparation of long range engineering plans, construction work plans, as well as environmental reports and operations and maintenance surveys. Ryan is a member of numerous professional organizations including IEEE, Association of Communications Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina and New Hampshire. Ryan currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of McCall-Thomas Engineering.

Shawn graduated from Clemson University with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and has been with McCall-Thomas Engineering since June of 2000. His area of expertise is electrical design for utility, municipal and industrial clients and ranges from electrical substations to industrial and commercial design and power quality. He is also responsible for wireless tower designs and has issued grounding specifications for FTTX Optical Network Terminals to solve lightning problems. In addition to his engineering duties and service as Vice President of McCall-Thomas Engineering, he is Director of the Electrical Engineering Division. Shawn is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as a registered Master Electrician in the state of South Carolina. Shawn has also obtained Level I Thermography Certification.
